I bought myself a present. I saw that the Princess Luna Bishoujo figure (magical girl) was on sale, so I got myself one. It will come on Thursday.

So I'm watching this season of a cartoon. The six main characters each get their own individual episode where they must face a difficult decision, and find inner growth. At the end of each episode, they get their own magical glowing trinket to symbolize this character development. Once all six have their trinket, a major bad guy appears, and it turns out those trinkets are used together to unlock a super power up so they can unleash a brand new magical attack to easily defeat the villain.

Background info: Apparently the writers (artists) noted that Nanoha looked vaguely like a Gundam, and the show itself ended up having a lot of beam spam.
Shower thought resulting from this: How about just going full mech/Mjolnir armor? Its somewhat more realistic than 30 foot tall ballet robots, and you can still have giant explosions, anyways. Cuz magic, snort cough hack. It might also look cool. Plus magitec, always need magitek.

I thought id give that show a shot I figure id watch one episode and well its not bad for a magical girl cartoon about a magical popband who are secretly princess with sailor moon esque transformations and the ocassional song even the voice of rainbow dash and applejack plays a tomboy who transforms into a magical cowgirl outfit
I know this isn't pony-related, but I gotta show off this guy's art. Unfortunately, I can't tell you who he is right now or tell you to go look at/buy his stuff, but I WILL as soon as I'm able. Does that pique your curiosity? Good.

Hey guys. Sorry I haven't been posting lately, but I have been busy. I'm still working on the Season One finale of the Galaxy Rangers. I already have 19 chapters done, and the story is almost finished. As for Black Cat, it's on hold for the time being. I'm not sure when I'll start writing it again, but I need a break. It's the first real story I've ever worked on, and I'm sad to leave it. But, I have other writing projects I want to do, and I need to organize by ideas on it.
